Pandemic forces Out of the Cold to look for other ways to help homeless

The Out of the Cold Foundation said the situation “is still very much evolving” and has vowed to “continue to support the efforts of the dedicated volunteers and co-ordinators who run the individual Out of the Cold programs however they choose to proceed with their operations this season,” said a statement from president Craig Smeaton and executive director Liz Eustace.
