Out Of The Cold

Welcome to the Out of the Cold Foundation website for the 2023-24 season. If you are a guest looking for help from an Out of the Cold, please visit our Location page to find out the current services being provided by churches, synagogues and other locations throughout Toronto. Due to city funding issues and safety concerns related to Covid-19, most individual sites are unable to deliver overnight programs but are still operating to meet the increasing needs of those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. Many locations are now providing indoor meals and other essential services to guests seeking a few hours of shelter and comfort.  If you’re interested in volunteering or donating clothing through one of these churches, synagogues or other organizations, please visit our Volunteer page. And of course, we rely on the constant support of our community and donors now more than ever. Out of the Cold Foundation is a registered charity and provides tax receipts for all donations.
